We are Singer Sewing Outlet - with over 25 years in the sewing industry, and one of the UK's largest dedicated Singer retailers. We sell UK-specification machines direct from Singer, we have qualified engineers in-house, and we back every machine with genuine support from people you can actually talk to.
So whether you are buying your first machine or your fifth, you are never on your own with a manufacturer helpline. You have us.
For 25 years we have worked across the sewing trade, and since 2019 we have been solely a Singer retailer. There is a reason we chose Singer. The machines are well built and durable, and with parts readily available they keep going for years and years. Then there is the heritage - over 175 years of it. For so many of our customers, Singer is the name they grew up with: a machine their mum or grandmother sewed on, sitting in the corner of the room for years. Servicing anywhere in the UK - how it works
If you are local, drop your machine in and collect it when it's ready. If you are not, we use DPD to bring your machine from your local post office or shop to our workshop and return it to your door - safely and tracked the whole way.
- Get in touch. Message us on WhatsApp or call and tell us what's happening with your machine.
- We arrange collection. DPD collects from your local post office or shop. (Local? Pop in instead.)
- Our engineers get to work. Justin and the workshop team service or repair it properly - and tell you the cost before doing anything chargeable.
- Back to you, tracked. DPD returns your machine to your door, fully tested and ready to sew.
