Shipping Policy
This policy applies to all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. By placing an order with Singer Sewing Outlet, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions.
Delivery Area
We currently only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not deliver internationally.
Handling & Cut-Off
- Orders placed before 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 pm or on weekends/UK public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
- Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
- During busy sale periods, dispatches may take slightly longer than usual.
Delivery Services (UK Mainland)
- Standard: Estimated 1–2 working days.
- Next Working Day: Estimated 1 working day (for orders placed before 1:00 pm).
Delivery Costs
- Free delivery to UK mainland addresses on orders over £30.
- £2.99 on orders under £30.
- £5.99 on DPD next working day delivery on orders under £100
Packaging
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. New machines are generally supplied in full-colour retail packaging, which does not hide the contents. Where possible, we reuse and recycle packaging materials to minimize waste and reduce our environmental impact. Please note that packaging may vary depending on the product type and size.
If you have any specific packaging requests, please contact us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Adjustoform Dress Forms
We keep a limited stock of the most popular Adjustoform models and sizes. However, most dress forms are made to order and assembled in the UK.
Please allow 3 to 7 working days for dispatch.
Machine & Accessory Deliveries
Most sewing machines are shipped separately from accessories and free gifts. This is due to differences in packaging, weight, and carrier handling requirements.
Your order may therefore arrive in multiple parcels. You will see a full breakdown of all shipments—including which items are sent separately—on your Order Tracking page.
Transit Damage
Please report any delivery damage within 72 hours so we can arrange a replacement or collection.
Change of Address
We cannot amend the delivery address once an order has been dispatched. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at hi@singersewingoutlet.co.uk.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, we can accept cancellations. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
- If a parcel arrives damaged and you are present at delivery, please reject it and ask the courier to return it. Then contact our customer service team.
- If the parcel has been delivered in your absence, please contact customer service for the next steps.
