Christmas Home Trial

We know sewing machines and overlockers make wonderful Christmas gifts, so we’re offering an extended home trial period this festive season.

- This policy applies to all sewing machines and overlockers purchased as Christmas gifts supplied by Singer Sewing Outlet between 6th September and 23rd December 2025.

- Exchanges can be arranged up to 25th January 2026. Free home collection from any mainland UK address will be arranged and free delivery of a different model. Our standard returns policy still applies from the point of delivery.

- To ensure the recipient is happy with the machine, model and spec, machines may be exchanged for another model of the same or higher value (any price difference must be paid). Refunds are not available under this policy.

- The original box, inner packaging, and all included accessories must be retained and returned in full.

- The machine must remain unused prior to 25th December 2025. Any evidence of use prior will invalidate eligibility for exchange.
