In the event your item becomes faulty, it will be collected from you within the period of the manufacturer's standard 2 year guarantee and returned free of charge. If it cannot be repaired or replacement parts are not available, it will be replaced with the same or similar item. Please keep the original packaging for a machine so your item can be safely transported. For non machine items we will endeavour to replace the item with the same or similar item. Please note this service is only available in Mainland UK. Please retain all packaging in order to be able to exchange. Prices vary depending on order value and is calculated at the shopping cart.
