My 54 year old workhorse Singer needed too much doing to bring her back to life so I scrapped her and bought a newer model from the Singer Sewing Outlet. I have not been able to give her a test run yet. The cutting board was given in lieu of a missing discount on my original order. This has been gifted to a young lady who wants me to teach her how to sew. I decided that patchwork would be a good place to start, hence the cutting board. Will keep you posted on progress.
I haven't used these as they are for a gift. The items seem to be of good quality and competitively priced. I was pleased as all items were as described.
This is a lovely pack. It's a great starter pack for anyone new to sewing but equally useful for someone who has everything.
I'm fairly new to the benefits of using these self healing mats but they are amazing for all sorts of crafting projects.
As an "old school" dress maker I've been amazed by the time and effort saved using a rotary cutter, just keep your fingers away from the razor sharp blades - keep it locked closed when not being used!
I love these tailors chalks; easy to hold and they make a nice sharp line.
I haven't used the clips yet, but I'm sure they will be handy.
After bits from order were initially missing- the customer services was exceptional. They delivered all items promptly without any hassle. I am now able to carry on with existing orders & alterations with a very nice bit of kit.

Love my new machine, it's a dream. Sew's beautifully, many stitches to choose from, the see through cover for the bobbin is great as I can see when the thread is getting low, love the auto threader (you do need to get the knack of it but once you've done it a few times it's great). Really happy with my purchase.
