I purchased a sewing machine and a few accessories and I can’t fault the service. Accessories came on time and when I queried the status of the machine, my query was answered quickly. I found upon receiving the machine a few presser feet were missing and contacted the team for help and within a few hours Liv had kindly sorted out the delivery of the missing feet and I got them in post a few days later. It’s so important how a company deals with any issues and the team showed the great customer service this company has.
