I was really looking forward to receiving my overlocker feet all encased in their own sealed little box that closed. Imagine my disappointment when this turned up. A box that no longer shuts because you have rammed a stitch pick in place of a foot that is mysteriously missing! It doesn’t fit. The box doesn’t close. What sewer needs yet another stitch pick? My ocd is in overdrive because the case is broken where you have put something in it that is a) not required b) too big for the box c) totally out of place. I would rather have paid another £10 for the extra foot that you have removed from the box or not had the stitch pick in the box and had a box that closed properly. Very disappointed in Singer. I expect better of you! On another note the feet are cast beautifully- as I expect from this company and a looking forward to using them. Such a shame this was let down by you trying to cover up something totally unnecessarily!!!!

I haven't used the presser feet just yet... They only arrived this morning - 15 days after my order. The Royal mail tracker indicated that it has been sent to the Home Counties North Delivery Office from Sept 29. My call to Royal Mail did not yield much as the aged I spoke with said that she was unable to see it scanned since Sept 29 and If I did not receive it by Oct 8. I could put in a claim.. Not great service from Royal Mail. Thankfully it arrived today so I dont need to put in that claim

I was rather nervous about buying a Singer over-locker machine but after a few days of constant self-tuition I have managed it. It gives such a professional finish to the alterations I generally have to make to any clothes I buy, particularly overlong sleeves that need to be shortened. I wouldn't be without it now and I can see that it's built to be tough so I hope that we will be together for many years.
