- Extended Home trial. Up to 25th January 2026 - Your item will be collected by courier and exchanged free of charge should you wish to exchange it after delivery.

We know sewing machines and overlockers make wonderful Christmas gifts, so we’re offering an extended home trial option.

Exchanges can be arranged up to 25th January 2026. Free home collection from any mainland UK address will be arranged and free delivery of a different model. Our standard returns policy still applies from the point of delivery for returns and refunds.

In the event your item becomes faulty, it will be collected from you within the period of the manufacturer's standard 2 year guarantee and returned free of charge. If it cannot be repaired or replacement parts are not available, it will be replaced with the same or similar item. Please keep the original packaging for a machine so your item can be safely transported. For non machine items we will endeavor to replace the item with the same or similar item. Please note this service is only available in Mainland UK. Please retain all packaging in order to be able to exchange. Prices vary depending on order value and is calculated at the shopping cart.
