- Extended Exchange. Try the machine for up to 90 days from delivery - Your item will be collected by courier and exchanged free of charge should you wish to exchange it after delivery. Please retain all packaging in order to be able to exchange.

Exchanges can be arranged up to 90 days from your delivery date. Free home collection from any mainland UK address will be arranged and free delivery of a different model. Our standard returns policy still applies from the point of delivery for returns and refunds.

- Guarantee Home Collection Plus (formerly known as Guarantee Protection Plus)
In the event your item becomes faulty, it will be collected from you within the period of the full manufacturer's standard 2 year guarantee and returned free of charge (rather than the standard collection period of 6 months). Please keep the original packaging for a machine so your item can be safely transported. Please note this service is only available in Mainland UK.
