Great Manual. Something thats very much needed and used to be free. Not sure its worth £17 including postage, but i couldnt be bothered to print all those pages myself

The only problem was FedX delivered it to the wrong house. No problem with the machine and love it. I’ve had my last singer for a good50odd years before it stopped working so hope this one is as reliable.

3 star rating could be better a very neutral view, but while the information may correct? only time will tell as you work your way through this booklet. I think that I failed to translate the description given and felt a little disappointed as I expected something of a better quality for the price paid than a DIY photocopy and a binding

Really pleased with both products
My previous sewing machine had given me nearly 50 years service but now not repairable. I decided to buy a good straightforward Singer machine that was easy to use for basic needs. I am now 80 + and my curtain making days are over! But, I still enjoying being able to tackle the smaller tasks. I also have the printed version of the manual which is a quick access to all its functions etc My new 5511 fulfils this for me. I am delighted and found the process of sourcing on-line, purchasing and delivery extremely efficient. Your customer service line was very helpful and a pleasant experience. This is so noticeable these days when service levels have become minimal. So thank you, and I look forward to some good years of enjoying my machine.
Being a left handed octogenarian waiting for a corneal graft in one eye, I am quite proud of my perseverance in threading up. Not hard to understand but angled tweezers would be very helpful. I threaded the no1 purple using a threaded sewing needle eye first through the hole. I found needles 3 & 4 difficult as getting the right light on them wasn’t easy. I can thread my other machines without too much trouble. I think the instruction manual could be a bit more comprehensive. Thank you for the print out. Should there be a warranty?
The instruction booklet is extremely helpful in the sense of being able to thread the overlocker correctly which I personally needed. Without it I would be lost to know how to go about it
It is so much easier to deal with a bound copy than printing out pages. Also I don’t happen to have a printer at the moment!

I ordered it on the 9th Sept… LR3447 o/n 15th Sept when I tracked told it was lost in transit. So they would send another off and I would receive it by 19th Sept. That date came and went. I used WhatsApp and left message on the 23rd Sept asking please could someone deal with this! That same day I had an apology and they said it would be sent out to me and I would receive it in 1-2 days. I was away for a week, and when I came home still no parcel just a card from Royal Mail asking for £3.50 as not enough postage paid!!! Just couldn’t believe it!! I had to pay another £3.50 on top of the £14.39 I had already paid to get my machine manual!! I finally got my parcel on the 3rd Oct. And customer service gave me a £3.50 refund for the extra postage paid. Part of me says never again!
Excellent service and price for my singer sewing and embroidery machine manual
So helpful to be able to see at a glance instead of having to download it. That said, after spending so much on my new sewing machine I think it should have come as standard and not having to buy it as an extra.
The booklet is very loosely bound and already the covers are coming off. I have had to secure to the binders myself. I can finally use my sewing machine properly because the instructions are good.
Although it took a while to arrive, the manual is really good that has been bound, easy to read and a good reference point.
With the booklet, I am able yo use the machine a lot more.
My machine arrived with no instructions or accessories. Poor performance from Singer.
