Description
Also known as the over-edge foot, the overcasting foot is used on seams. It stitches a zigzag over the raw edge of the fabric. The fabric edge is held flat as the needle stitches over a small bar on the underside of the foot.

I have always used this foot as I have not got an overlocker. It works perfectly on both my Singer machines. I always recommend it on all my sewing groups. I always buy my assessors from Live Sewing. Their customer service is perfect. They are very helpful and ontime with all deliveries. I can not recommend Live Sewing enough.

Great product, does exactly what it says it does. Very pleased with it.
Well after many attempts all I have achieved is the odd hole in the material. Not managed to actually cut and sew at all. Had to put it away before it got thrown in the bin. Trying to get brave and try it again, not sure if I will though. So far it seems a complete waste of money. By the way I used to do over locking as a job so I know what is supposed to happen.
