Extended 90 day exchange. Your item will be collected by courier and exchanged free of charge should you wish to exchange it within 90 days of delivery.

- Singer Guarantee Protection Plus
In the event your item becomes faulty, it will be collected from you within the period of the guarantee and returned free of charge. If it cannot be repaired or replacement parts are not available, it will be replaced with the same or similar item. Please keep the original packaging for a machine so your item can be safely transported. For non machine items we will endeavour to replace the item with the same or similar item.

- Priority dispatch
Your items will go to the top of the queue in our warehouse for fast dispatch
