Lovely machine. I did have an issue with the machine spontaneously going into reverse / sewing on the spot, but once I'd contacted customer support and sent them photos and videos, the problem was soon identified and resolved.
Bought as a present for my daughter. She loves it. Order went through with no problems. Delivery was trackable all the way through. Very prompt service.

I have bought the Fashion Mate 3342, and I am very happy with it. I recently altered jeans, and they sewed very well through four layers, didn't move, and the machine was very silent. I used to have another electronic brand, and I hesitated to choose a non-electronic one like Fashion Mate 3342, but now I'm sure I made the right choice as it's so much more powerful (70 w motor compared to the 40 w of the electronic one, and it shows!), the stitches are better, and over all, it's an excellent experience with professional results.
