Works perfectly and great price! Had some trouble with it being lost in transit but emailed support and they were very quick and helpful with sending me another.

Brilliant machine, easily goes through thicker layers. Easy to set up. I got an ex display and looked brand new. Very happy with the machineand the delivery.
I absolutely love my gorgeous machine, she sews like a dream and can handle those thicker layers really well. I had to turn the tiny screw in the foot pedal to slow her down, but was very impressed with her immense default speed if I ever needed it. Thank you so much, and for the quick delivery too!
I bought this machine as a birthday present for my daughter who has recently begun making soft furnishings and needed a machine which could handle heavier duty materials. The customer service department talked me through what she needed in a friendly, patient way with excellent product knowledge. I was kept informed about the progress and delivery of my purchase and it arrived quickly. My daughter is delighted with its performance. As with many products these days the weak point is a lack of instruction booklet to explain how to use different features correctly.
Easy to use and strong when sewing thick multiple layers.
A great sewing machine with ability to sew through several layers on canvas and webbing without a hitch. As the machine was ex display it was very reasonably priced and still comes with the full Singer guarantee as a backup.
Bought a heavy duty refurbished machine for my daughter, quick delivery and high quality goods.
So far so good, powerful, sewing through few layers, happy.
I am not happy with the foot pedal as I am unable to control the speed of the machine with the pressure of my foot. There is no opportunity to vary the speed as the slightest touch on the foot pedal and the machine is racing away at full speed. Apart from that the machine is fine I am getting a good stitch and a nice tension.
The delivery was quick, the communication was good as was the advice before I committed to buy. The machine was good value, being ex display, but you would never know it as it appeared brand new. The machine does all the things I need it to so far (but I’m a novice) and feels robust. There are lots of online tutorials to help you if, like me, you’re a beginner.
The only problem I have with this sewing machine is that the head of the machine is too bulky and is a hindrance when trying to do close work with your hands and restricts the view when standing up to sew. My old machine had a tapered head towards the needle.
