I got my 5523 three weeks ago Tried it and I love it It has all the stitches I need it but in reality I bought it for my daughter and she seems to like it too so far so good

I was delighted with my purchase, but unfortunately I badly hurt my right wrist trying to get it back into the box, all my own fault therefore I have not as yet used it but it is now sitting pride of place on my kitchen table and I will start to use it soon. The only thing I was disappointed in was that there was not a users manual provided and I had to pay yet more money to have this downloaded, which I have done but as yet printed this documet which I will do soo.
Singer is a high quality machine and is easy to use. Good price and excellent service. It is nice to have a real person to speak to at the end of the phone.

Excellent delivery and pre sales services. Loads of information provided as I’m a novice sewer. The machine looks perfect but haven’t as yet had much opportunity to use it.
I was heavy handed and put the needle and bobbin out of sync without fuss it was collected and sorted and back with me within a week ❤️ Thank you xx Brilliant service As for ex-display it was in perfect condition only thing broken was the seam ripper! Wouldn’t hesitate to buy ex-display again from Live Sewing x
