Loving my new Singer sewing /embroidery machine. Never used embroidery machine before, this is quite easy... but you need to play to work things out. Once my subscription registration was completed things became clearer. Only drawback is the £15.00 monthly subscription fee for better images. Although there are plenty sites online to purchase images to download
Going to take some getting used to, lining up the hoop but I love my new sewing machine; it’s great. The features are so intuitive, making it easier to navigate through various stitches and settings. I can already see how it will enhance my projects and save me time. Each time I sit down to sew, I feel a renewed sense of creativity and excitement. I'm looking forward to experimenting with different fabrics and patterns in the coming weeks.
The star of the show, wow just absolutely 💯 fantastic. This machine is everything then some. So easy to use plenty of support on the singer Facebook group plus youtube. This is my first sewing machine and I'm so glad this was the one
The machine was able to tackle heavy material. I made sixcushion covers. The cutter finished off nicely and saved time this is really a very excellent sewing machine. Myself and the girls would like the threading of the machine to be a little easier. I suggest a video.
The customer service from Singer was fantastic. My machine arrived very quickly. A couple of days at most. I love this machine, it is certainly a step up from my Singer confidence machine. I have not used the embroidery part as yet. I particularly like the built in thread cutter and the option to set the speed of stitching. I am a very happy crafter, thank you.

This is a truly great machine and I feel it will take time to really test it out. All of the mechanisms are sturdy. Thank you to Singer for their support, advice and ensuring the sewing machine and all other parts of the deal arrived safely.
Great machine though needs to come with better information about finding instructions online, link from singer just went to update info not manual. Am still working through YouTube videos to use embroidery part.

Perfect upgrade to the 9100 and the embroidery is so much fun and simple!
Really love this machine. It surpasses my expectations with ease of use. Looking forward to creating new projects with it. I think a printed manual with it would be useful as I find trying to use the one online a chore. I contacted the help desk, via WhatsApp, regarding the delivery, I needed to change the date, they responded quickly and arranged a date that suited me.

Upgraded my sewing machine to this embroidery machine and I love it. Had a few teething problems but that is down to me not using an embroidery machine before. Now I am getting used to it iI I have so many ideas to put into practice there doesn't seem to be enough time to do it all.

Fantastic machine
Easy to order, fast delivery. Super machine, haven’t played with it much so far due to a broken arm, but this is a lovely machine. Easy to use and do embroidery work. Desperate to get my arm mended so I can play with this lovely machine in earnest.
Having only used simple machines before it is taking me a while to get use to the machine. However it is a great machine. I love how easy the bobbin loads, how easy the embroidery hoop fits on and the auto thread cutter is great. So far so good, love it
Can’t wait to use this. I have been waiting for an embroidery machine for ages. My friend, also a sewist, recommended this to me.
Still learning how to use the machine, but so far its great. The needle threader is sometimes a bit fiddly to use, but its much easier than trying to thread by hand. It is much quieter than my old machine. I also like that you can control the maximum speed, as a beginner I dont have to worry that if I press too hard on the pedal it goes to quick.

I am so pleased with this machine. Easy to set up and use from Day 1.
Arrived in good time and works beautifully. The overlock stitch and stretch stitch are great. Only issue was printing off the manual. And I still have cracked the needle threader yet.

It was excellent
The first machine was faulty and had to be replaced which took longer than expected- so not a brilliant service considering the price of the machine. Second machine seems to be fine at the moment , it’s a birthday present for my daughter as her previous singer could not be fixed. She’s very happy with this machine apart from it takes a while to boot up - hoping that is normal and we haven’t got another faulty machine- only time will tell .

Can be challenging, it seems to want days off refusing to work . Change needle, take off plate and clean and sometimes produce marvellous pieces ,go on to next design and refuses to cooperate. Almost certainly down to human(me) error. We are getting to know each other and sure it will improve
I'm a beginner , it seems easier to operate to my other . I have oestarthritis in my hands and struggle with putting the bobbins in , this couldn't be easier , love it .I've not tried much as still getting used to basics .Not having to use the foot pedal also a great asset , with my disabilities
It is a good machine.
The sewing machine is great, the service is great, and I am really enjoying exploring the patterns. The only issue I am having is treading the needle automatically, I have to do this manually, which is annoying. Otherwise it is a great investment.
